Under the esteemed guidance of the Principal of Rahula College, Mrs. Samitha Kurukulasooriya, and the valued presence of distinguished guests, the Singithi Scout Membership Medal Ceremony was successfully held on the 16th of January 2025 at Rahula College Primary Section.
The event celebrated 87 Singithi Scouts receiving their membership medals, with the participation of the Presidential Scout of Rahula College, Mr. Dinusha Harindra Daladawaththa; the District Scout Commissioner of Matara, Mr. Sudath Mangala; the Deputy Principal of the Primary Section, Mrs. Harindra Mohottala; and the teacher-in-charge of the Singithi Scout Troop, Mrs. Devika Mihirani Abeysinghe Gunawardene.
This proud occasion marked a significant milestone in the journey of our young scouts as they embraced the values and traditions of scouting under the nurturing environment of Rahula College.
