The Book Cafe (Food for mind) outdoor library was opened by the Principal of Rahula College Mrs. Samitha Kurukulasooriya and a distinguished old boy of Rahula College, Engineer Mr. Janaka Gamaachchi at the primary school premises parallel with the Children’s Day. The library was built by Mr. Janaka Gamachchi according to the concept of the principal of the primary school Mrs. Pathmani Ganewatta.
