Rahula College received a new practice turf for Cricket. Hon. Parliament Ministers Mr. Dalas Alahapperuma and Mr. Kanchana Wijesekara conducted this project from the cash provisions of Sri Lanka Cricket. The project was coordinated by the old Rahulian Mr. Udaya Hiththetiyage. Another lime-lighted old boy of Rahula College and former fast bowler of the Sri Lanka National Cricket Team, Mr. Pramodya Wickeramasinghe donated turf equipments and the 85th Old Boys’ group of Rahula College donated equipments for the Senior Cricket Team of the school as well.
