The 29th Anniversary of the Western Cadet Band of Rahula College was ceremonially held on the 22nd of November 2023 at the school ground. The chief guests were the renown old boys of Rahula College, an old cadet Major General Mr. Keerthi Kottewaththa, OIC of Hakmana Police, Mr. Sanath Kumara, Deputy Principal of Gampaha Bandatanayake College, an old cadet, Mr. K.N. Ranasinghe, an old cadet Mr. E.P.Madumalka and the Principal Mrs. Samitha Kurukulasooriya.
